Queer Photojournal of Little Rock.

Yesterday was Day 1 of a new photo project. The “rules” are simple:

My goal is to see how “photo-journaling” Little Rock for 1 year affects how I experience Little Rock.

My bigger question is whether observing Little Rock can change how YOU see it – or even change the town itself.

And I’ll do a weekly (ish) post on Reddit that includes a journal entry studying what I see in my photos.

Tell me this… what parts of downtown Little Rock do you think are under appreciated, or undervalued?

This is more than just a photojournal of Little Rock, though – it is a Queer photojournal of Little Rock.

I also added a selfie of me because who I am is important to this project:

Its important that people see this project as a trans woman looking at our town. I want ppl – especially ppl who are Queer, POC, and/or chicks – to recognize and approach me while im out photographing…(approach me with kind words, not ur pew-pews and bubba rage).

And I’d love for you to approach me in the real word and tell me about your experiences with my photos, about your life in Little Rock, or why you love or hate it here.
